Evolution Solar first opened its doors in Kingaroy in July 2009 with a passion for bringing affordable, eco-friendly energy solutions to the area.
Family owned with Judith Miles/Tilley (Director) and son Jamie Miles (Director). Steve Tilley is our Sales Manager and qualified plumber and is also CEC Solar Accredited for SPS PV Design & Install for Stand Alone Systems. Our company also supports hiring locals with our own in-house electrician and other tradespeople.

Rebates & Incentives
There are ongoing government incentive programmes that can greatly reduce the cost of a solar energy system. Each system has a number of STCs attached to it and other business (or the clearing house) will buy these STCs at a daily rate. This is the amount that will be credited off the full cost of each renewable energy system and the balance will be the out of pocket expense.
Solar energy producers who are connected to local power grids also receive a rebate on their electricity bill for supplying excess power back into the grid. The rebate is less than the cost of power, so the aim is to offset usage as much as possible.
